I‘ll work with you in a compassion, collaborative way to overcome the roadblocks that you struggle with even if they seem overwhelming. I specialize in working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma (especially sexual abuse/assault and relationship violence), PTSD, grief, relationship issues and sexual orientation/gender identity. I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT and DBT. I do telehealth sessions anywhere in Alabama and Colorado, and in office sessions in Hoover, Alabama.
